All of the items offered for sale have been previously owned. I have checked every pattern to ensure they contain the instructions. If the pattern is still folded as it came from the factory, I don't unfold it. If it has been unfolded, I check to see if all pieces are included. The pattern descriptions will state if the pattern is still factory folded, uncut or cut with all pieces included. I have no idea how they were stored before I received them, if the previous owner smoked or had pets. The patterns come from a variety of sources such as estate sales, yard sales, and thrift stores. Many of the pattern envelopes show signs of age and wear which you'll see in the photos. The photos are of the actual item offered for sale.
Are the patterns new or used? If the pattern is still folded as it came from the factory, it is marked as new-other or used. If the pattern is no longer folded as it came from the factory, it is marked as used. If the pattern has been cut, the description will include information regarding the pattern. All cut patterns are checked against the pattern instructions to confirm the pattern is complete.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Money Orders. All payments must be payable in US Dollars.
We accept money orders for US orders only. Orders paid by money order may be held for up to 10 days. For quicker processing of your money order, send a US Postal Money Order AND make it payable as instructed in your order confirmation email. In this way, I can cash your money order and your order can be shipped without delay as soon as I receive your payment.
Payment is expected within 7 business days. If your payment will be delayed, please send us an email.
All orders, except the book category, are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the number of the items ordered. Shipping will be from North Florida and you will be sent a delivery confirmation number after your order is shipped.
Books listed in the book category will be shipped via USPS Media Mail due to weight and to save you on the cost of shipping. The USPS says to allow 2 to 8 business days for Media Mail shipping. Shipping is from north Florida. If you need the book quicker it can be sent via Priority Mail. Send me a message from the Ask Seller a question with your zip code before you checkout and I'll let you know the shipping cost for Priority Mail to your zip code. I can then send you a PayPal invoice OR change the shipping cost for the item, your choice.
The maximum you will be charged in the United States for shipping one order will be $8.00 no matter how many items you purchase at one time.
The shopping cart will combine orders for shipping. The order must be paid with one payment to be eligible for the combined shipping discount.
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped into the state of Florida.
If you feel there is an error in the shipment or you feel the item was misrepresented, please send me an email within 3 days of receipt of shipment. I am human and can make mistakes. The photos listed are of the actual item offered for sale. Please view the enlarged photo prior to purchase. If you have questions prior to purchase, please send us a message via Ask Seller a Question at the top of the product page.
If the package was damaged in shipping, SAVE THE SHIPPING MATERIAL and send us an email within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Most packages are insured and the Post Office may need to see the shipping material in order to pay the insurance claim.
