The best way to search for a size is to put a bust size or chest size in the search bar for tops. If you are looking for a skirt or pants, put the hip size. For example, put Bust 38 or Hips 44 in the search bar. For men's shirts or coats, put Chest 42. This would also be the way to search for children. NOTE: Vintage patterns used very different measurements for sizes, so it's more helpful to search for your measurements.

To find all the sewing patterns from the 1950s, just put 1950s in the search box. You can also search for patterns from the 1940s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.

Every item page contains photos of the actual item offered for sale. I strive to have accurate descriptions. All patterns are checked to assure they contain the directions. If the pattern is cut, it is checked to assure it contains all the pieces.

The items will be wrapped in plastic to protect from the weather. A variety of padded envelopes, priority mail envelopes and boxes are used depending on the size of the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders. Orders paid by money order may be held for up to 10 days. Please see the Terms and Conditions page for additional information regarding Money Orders.

Usually we ship the next day and sometimes we even ship the same day. We do our best to ship within 2 postal business days of receiving your completed payment and if there is a delay we will send you an email.

Yes, we ship to many international locations. If the shipping cart is not set for your country, send me an email with a request. All orders outside the US must be paid by credit card or PayPal. We DO NOT accept money orders for international orders. (The one exception would be if you have access to purchase a United States Postal Money Order payable in US Dollars.) *** NOTE: Any customs fees, duties, taxes etc levied by your country are your responsibility. Your actual purchase price will be used for customs value. (That is a U.S. Postal requirement)

The feedback system only reflects sales that were paid instantly through the checkout system via credit card or PayPal. If you purchase using one of these two methods, you’ll receive an email with a link to leave feedback as soon as you pay for your order from noreply@ecrater.com. Once you have received your order and there are no problems, you can use the link to leave feedback. ** If you pay via money order, invoice, cash or you delay your PayPal payment, you will not be able to leave feedback.
